REGISTRATIONS

Registrations must be submitted online using the registration form provided.

Should you be registering a group, and will be requiring one invoice, please contact the organizer.

In some cases there is limited space and should capacity be reached, a first come first serve concept will be implemented at the hosts discretion.

It is the participants responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate visas in place, along with medical and travel insurance.

WFTGA Convention Program

The hosts at any point in time may change the program and itineraries without prior notice to the participants. It is at their discretion to ensure the successful continuation of the planned program.

PERSONAL DATA

By registering, you agree to the sharing of your “ordinary” personal data you provide with the participants of the convention and the stakeholders to enable effective networking and business exchanges to take place.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

The organisers collect this information to enable participants to receive excellent catering service and avoid problems with food allergies during the meeting. It is your responsibility to ensure the relevant and correct information is shared. The information is only accessible to appropriate organizing staff, and to service staff responsible for catering; it is not shared with other participants.

MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS

The organisers collect this information to enable participants to receive excellent service during the meeting. It is your responsibility to ensure the relevant and correct information is shared and pre-existing conditions to be declared. The information is only available to the appropriate organizing staff and to the medical staff on duty; it is not shared with other participants. The organisers will request of all participants, on registration to sign a health-related waiver.

Participants are strongly advised to have medical and travel insurance in place.

Note: The organisers as well as participants will have to follow all the rules regarding health protocols given by the State for the duration of the Convention. Any participant not adhering to these conditions may be asked to leave the event by the organizers.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO MATERIAL

Pictures and videos will be taken throughout the WFTGA Convention, including the pre and post tours. These will be reproduced in WFTGA educational, news or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic or other media, including social media and the websites. The organisers/WFTGA reserves the right to crop, splice, treat and edit any imagery or photographs taken at the convention/event and tours. The Participant waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy. Additionally, all rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to use of the name, photograph or biography are waived by the Participant, Participant’s agents or employees. All photographs and video materials taken at the WFTGA Convention become the property of WFTGA and the organisers. Naturally, Participants always have the right for their picture to be removed. Should you wish to have your picture or video removed, please contact us and we will take action accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations received up to and no later than 04 February 2022 will be reimbursed and subject to a 10% deduction for the handling costs incurred. Cancellations received thereafter will be reimbursed and subject to a 20% fee. This applies to both in person and virtual attendance. All refunds will be processed and returned within 30 days following the completion of the Convention.
